How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is billed by Apple through the App Store, so canceling happens in your Apple Account settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Songwriter Studio, and tap Cancel Subscription. You can also open the Settings tab inside the app and tap the Pro row at the top to jump straight to subscription management, or go to apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. After canceling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Why can't I access my subscription?
This almost always means the app hasn't linked your purchase to this device yet — common after reinstalling the app, switching to a new iPhone, or signing in with a different Apple Account. Open Settings in the app and tap the Pro banner at the top; the screen it opens includes a Restore Purchases option. Make sure the device is signed in with the same Apple Account that originally bought Pro, then tap Restore Purchases. If Pro still doesn't unlock after restoring, contact us below and we'll sort it out.
How do I request a refund?
Apple processes all App Store payments, so refunds are requested from Apple directly — we're not able to issue them ourselves. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple Account you purchased with, and choose the Songwriter Studio charge. Apple usually responds within a day or two.
My lyrics aren't syncing across devices. What should I do?
Make sure both devices are signed into the same iCloud account and that iCloud is available on each device. Then open the app on both devices and give sync a moment. If it still looks stuck, generate a diagnostic report from Settings → iCloud & Sync in the app and send it to us with the form below.
What does Songwriter Studio Pro include?
Pro unlocks the full Analysis view, with deep insights into the lyrics you have written, plus unlimited collaboration and two extra export types: ChordPro (.cho) and MIDI File (.mid). Writing, folders, rhyme tools, version history, iCloud sync, and standard exports stay free, as does co-writing on one shared song at a time.
